I read the following with disgust and feel strongly that everyone
should know about this. Awareness is important to retain our freedom. If you
feel that others should know about this, then feel free to pass it on.

VOTE NO AT THE JULY REFERENDUM ! ! !

Some of you may or may not be aware that Anna Bligh(t) intends springing
a referendum on us in July, trying to get us to vote for her new
QUEENSLAND CONSTITUTION – HER CONSTITUTION!

This has been surreptitiously in the pipeline for a number of years, with
next to nothing being said about it.

She formerly intended to sneak in her new “constitution” without
a referendum (as she did regarding the fluoridation of our water
supply), but thanks to some alert people in Clifton, the matter was
swiftly taken to court,and she was compelled to have a referendum.

She is now saying nothing about the referendum in July, but intends to spring it at very
short notice on the largely unaware, unsuspecting, and largely gullible
people, who will not have time to read it, or consider what it contains.

LET ME TELL YOU WHAT ANNA’S NEW “CONSTITUTION” WILL MEAN.

1.There will no longer be any common law.

2. There will no longer be any private ownership of land or water –

3. This means that the home you believe is yours, is not any longer, but
is owned by the“government”, and any “state authority” can enter
your property and they will not be trespassing. They can do whatever
they like, as you no longer own it. It has been stolen from you! Your
property would belong to the government. This is no exaggeration!

SPREAD THE WORD – SPREAD THE WORD. VOTE “NO” AND THROW HER OUT AT THE
NEXT STATE ELECTION!

Spread the word to all you possibly can! THIS IS URGENT – AND
VITALLY IMPORTANT!

This is really quite scary, is this a democracy or a communist country where the normal person has no say in what affects their lives. Let them try and come and say my house no longer belongs to me and that they own it, they will have a massive fight on their hands.

The Queensland Constitution was changed many years ago by Comrade Teflon Pete, GoAnna the Blight is merely attempting to legitimize the treason perpetuated by her predecessor. Private ownership of property was effectively abolished by their establishment of the Brigalow Corporation in 1992. As with the Federal Constitution, the Queensland Consitution requires a referendum for change, failure by government to do so being treasonous. Apart from a very few special situations (workplace injury being the main example), common law has been effectively irrelevant in Australia since federation. Any attempt to invoke common law jurisdiction in magistrates, district, or supreme courts is met with a demand by the beak to 'shut up immediately or I'll charge you with contempt'. The High Court is well aware of the aforementioned situations as there have been quite a few challenges, however like all courts in this country, the High Court is a haven for apparatchiks only interested in supporting the totally corrupt system of which its members are a part.

OMG she should of been linched trying to install a constitution without the prior knowledge of the electorate.

She wants to steal the state from the common Australian not that it belongs to us anyway. But this is move of one of segregation from the Australian constitution and the efforts of the good people wanting a fair amendment of our national constitution for all Australians by installing a bill of rights.

The greedy maggotstrates have some interest in making lots of money from revenue gain by stealing peoples things with no federal recourse.

The cops will be free to beat on people being citizens under no common law.

But as I have said the whole government is so up shit creek, this is why people like Anna can get away with such flagrant dictatorship type tactics.

We are heading for a totalitarian leadership governed at state level.

Shame the states have a lot of us scared to vote in any election by state individuals using the federal fine system to change the outcome of voting.

Not to dissimilar to how W. George Bush rigged his last election by disallowing anyone with certain names and felony offense records to vote.

Good point Peter this is treason and she should get life in prison for this alone. This constitution will come from a Woman who watched my children being assaulted by QLD police and asked how did you like foster care. My daughter answered it was really bad.
